Hi, I’m Karin.

I’m Dutch, have lived in Kuala Lumpur since 2013, founded Senz in 2008, and have worked with MTs and leadership teams in the Netherlands, Germany, and across Asia.

Different companies.

Different cultures.
And honestly? They struggle with remarkably similar things.

I know this world well, because I have been there too.

For over 20 years, I worked as a global marketing director in (Japanese, German, Malaysian) pharma.

Big teams. Big strategies. Distributors. Affiliates.

And the same question kept coming back:

How do you get people to not just follow the strategy…but actually take ownership of it?

Because we made great plans.

And then sales did their own thing.

R&D had another view.

Distributors ran their own campaigns.

That curiosity pushed me to go deeper. I trained as a certified systemic coach and holistic psychotherapist. I studied what actually changes human behavior. I built frameworks that connect individual self-awareness to team performance and strategic execution.

Today, that is the combination I bring to leadership teams across Europe and Asia.
